Comment:Although Bruce used a Rickenbacker during his very early career in The Jam, He very quickly changed to a Fender Precision. I also use a Fender Precision as I have owned and do not like Rickenbacker Bass guitars. They look nice but are crap to play. Bruce also used Marshall Amplification as it was probably the best at the time. I personally think Marshall Amplification is shit and use Ashdown equipment. I think Bruce would have too, if they had been available. They provide me with the Jam bass sound much better than Marshall could ever do, currently.
